Project Synopsis:
Following a fire at the property a complete refurbishment was required of the entire building. Working with the insurance company’s loss adjuster, to remain within their re-building costs budget, Aspire designed an alternative roof construction that maximised the properties potential. The design resolution resulted in an increased floor area creating a beautiful home from an unfortunate event.
